I just completed facilitating Painting the Stars with a group of fifteen. It was a wonderful experience for all concerned. The presenters, the visuals on the DVD, the discussion-provoking questions were all typical LtQ quality. What I wanted to convey particularly was the light that I saw go on in the eyes of several participants at several points during the class. Living the Questions 
A group of about 15 of us are working with the material this summer. The facilitator obviously has materials that are not available to the rest of us, which is highly frustrating! Neither the DVD nor the student materials identify the presenters well enough for me to look them up and find out what (if anything) they have written so that I can look further. At least this website does that, but why no book?
Thanks for your inquiry, Margaret! You’ll want to talk to your facilitator about printing off the materials that are included in the price of the curriculum edition. An orientation essay and comprehensive participant guide (both written by Bruce Sanguin), questions for discussion, suggested readings, and a handout with brief participant biographies (with pictures of the contributors!) are all included. If your group has purchased the curriculum edition (licensed for group use), all these materials are available for download for all the participants.
